Hagan Park Pond. Hagan Park Pond is a small urban pond along the banks of the American River in Rancho Cordova. It is most enthusiastically fished when the state plants it with trout, which is most likely in the late winter, perhaps in February. This pond is located in Hagan Community Park near Cordova High School.
